Mango Butter Cake


Hey starting of great month Ramzan... Make delicious dishes and share with your family. Today I am posting a rich mango flavoured butter cake recipe. Yummy cake will love your kids.. cream as I used for the topping is dream whip cream.. very spongy yummy cake is here.. follow my step by step recipe tutorial..

Ingredients for making mango butter cake:

  1. Cake flour / All purpose flour-2 cups
  2. Baking powder-1 1/2 teaspoon.
  3. Baking soda-a pinch.
  4. Softened butter-1/2 cup.
  5. Sugar-1 cup.
  6. Egg-2
  7. Mango essence-1/2 teaspoon.
  8. Milk/ Condensed milk-1/2 cup.



Method of preparation:

STEP 1:
In a blender add egg ,condensed milk and mango essence. Blend for 30 seconds. Then add unsalted (or salted according to your taste) butter and blend again.Make sure butter which you used is at room temperature.
 Add in sugar to that blended mixture and beat once more.. until sugar is melted.
STEP 2:
Take the flour in a mixing bowl .Add baking powder and baking soda to it. Mix well the dry ingredients. Then slowly pour egg mixture and mix it well without any lumps.


 STEP 3:
Preheat your oven at 180 degree celcius.Apply little butter or oil to your baking pan and slowly pour cake batter to it. Place the cake pan to preheated oven and bake for around 30 minutes.
The cake is cooked when it rises and turns golden brown colour.
Take a tooth pick and just screw it to the center of the cake.It should come ot clean.
Allow the cake to sit for 10 minutes.Then gently take it out from the pan.Use a wire rack to cool.
 STEP:4
At the remaining time ..take a mixing bowl pour 1/2 cup of milk . Add few drops of vanilla essence.Add 1 pack of dream whip whipped topping mix and whisk continuously until it becomes smooth and frothy.

STEP:5
Spread this topping mix when the cake cooled, Cut the cake and serve it..
Enjoy smooth spongy cake..
