Chicken Sausage Fry


Today I am going to share a quick recipe with sausages.It can be easily prepared.This is a normal fry recipe.The taste of spices make the sausage fry more tasty.It is mixed with chopped onion.This can be serve as an appetizer and also be served as side dish.
Lets take a look with the recipe..



Ingredients for making sausage fry:

  1. Sausage-6 numbers,Chopped.
  2. Onion-1 medium sized .Chopped
  3. Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon.
  4. Red Chilli powder-1 tablespoon.
  5. Garam Masala powder-1 teaspoon.
  6. Vinegar-1 tablespoon.
  7. Salt-A pinch.
  8. Oil -For shallow frying.

Method for making sausage fry:

  1. Marinate the sausage pieces with salt,turmeric powder,Chilli powder,Garam masala powder and vinegar.
  2. Keep the marinated pieces for 1 hour.
  3. After one hour ,heat a pan with oil and shallow fry them.
  4. Mix it with chopped onion.

Serving suggestions:

  • Serve them with chappathis,
  • Serve as a side dish for rice.
  • Serve as an appetizer/tea time snack.
