Ingredients for making Minced meat pasta:
- Pasta-2 cups.
- Minced meat/kheema-1/2 cup.(I used beef)
- Onion-1 finely chopped.
- Garlic and ginger-finely chopped,1 tablespoon.
- Tomato sauce/Ketchup-2 tablespoon.
- Turmeric powder-a pinch.
- Garam masala-1 teaspoon.
- Oil -1 tablespoon.
- Salt-1 teaspoon.
- Water-as required.
Method of making minced meat:
- Cook pasta along with a little salt in water.Drain the water when it is cooked.
- Heat a pan with oil in it.Add in ginger and garlic,saute well.
- Add in onion into it saute it for 3 minutes.Add in all spice powders and minced meat .
- Add in little water and cook well.Add in tomato sauce.(You can add tomato instead of tomato sauce.)
- Add in cooked,drained pasta to it.Stir well in medium flame allow to completely evaporate water from them.
- Serve it with tomato ketchup.
