Minced meat Pasta | Kheema Pasta

Hello readers today I am going to share my dinner recipe.:) Yes I always select a simple method for making dinner.Pasta is not a heavy food.But make it heavy by adding minced meat,garam masala etc.. Well.. Let me share my pasta recipe with minced meat / Kheema. It is really simple and quick recipe.First we have to cook pasta separately..Thats is the only thing that take time.Cook pasta with a little bit of salt..

Ingredients for making Minced meat pasta:

  1. Pasta-2 cups.
  2. Minced meat/kheema-1/2 cup.(I used beef)
  3. Onion-1 finely chopped.
  4. Garlic and ginger-finely chopped,1 tablespoon.
  5. Tomato sauce/Ketchup-2 tablespoon.
  6. Turmeric powder-a pinch.
  7. Garam masala-1 teaspoon.
  8. Oil -1 tablespoon.
  9. Salt-1 teaspoon.
  10. Water-as required.

Method of making minced meat:

  1. Cook pasta along with a little salt in water.Drain the water when it is cooked.
  2. Heat a pan with oil in it.Add in ginger and garlic,saute well.
  3. Add in onion into it saute it for 3 minutes.Add in all spice powders and minced meat .
  4. Add in little water and cook well.Add in tomato sauce.(You can add tomato instead of tomato sauce.)
  5. Add in cooked,drained pasta to it.Stir well in medium flame allow to completely evaporate water from them.
  6. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
