- Idly-4 to 5 numbers.
- Ghee-2 tablespoon.
- Sugar-as needed.
Method of making idly fry:
- Cut the idlies in desired sized pieces.Heat a pan with ghee.
- Add in the chopped idlis to it.Fry it until it gets crispy.
- Serve this with a teaspoon of sugar and mix it.

- Serve as a snack with tea.
- Serve to kids.
