Banana Milkshake | Sharjah Shake


Hello readers,I know every one loves tasty shakes.Today I am going to share banana milk shake recipe.It is also known as Sharjah Shake.It is the most common shake we get across the Kerala.The of this shake changes upon the toppings.Can be topped with vanilla ice cream,some peanuts or slices of cashew nuts
There different versions of Sharjah shake.Here is my version.It is very easy to make if you have ripe banana and few biscuits.You can also add horlicks or boost instead of biscuits.I added glucose biscuits. You have to freeze milk or add ice cubes into it.Let me share my recipe..
Here winter starts.But I always love to have cool stuffs.

Ingredients  for making Banana milkshake:

  1. Banana-1 ripe,cut into pieces.
  2. Milk- frozen 1and half cups.
  3. Sugar-4 tablespoons.
  4. Glucose biscuits-3 to 4 numbers.
  5. Cashew nuts-5 to 6 numbers finely chopped.
Method of preparing banana shake:

  1. Take a blender and put all the ingredients to it.
  2. Blend it for few minutes.
  3. The shake does not be too thick or too thin.
  4. Adjust its thickness and sugar.
  5. Pour this shake into two glasses and spread some chopped cashew nuts above the shake.
  6. You can also put a scoop of vanilla ice cream to it.

Put it into your blender.I used ice cubes instead of frozen milk.


Blend until you get smooth shake.
