Once again welcome to my recipes..Today I am going to share one of my favourite Indo chinese recipe with chicken.. ie, chilli chicken. Let me share recipe of chilli chicken.
This is my favourite chicken recipe and I am sure this will be your favourite too.

Ingredients for making chilli chicken:
  1. Chicken boneless-500gms (cut into small pieces.)
  2. Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon.
  3. Onion-3 numbers (Chopped into pieces)
  4. Green chillies-1 or 2(finely chopped)
  5. Capsicum -1 chopped.
  6. Coriander leaves-few
  7. Soya sauce-2 teaspoon.
  8. Tomato ketchup-1 tablespoon.
  9. Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon.
  10. Red chilli powder-2 tablespoon.
  11. Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon.
  12. Corn flour-3 tablespoon.
  13. Vinegar-1 teaspoon.
  14. Salt to taste.
  15. Oil for frying.

Method of preparation:
  1. Cut and clean chicken.
  2. Make a paste of 2 tablespoon cornflour by adding little water.
  3. Add half of ginger garlic paste,soya sauce,vinegar,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and pepper.
  4. Marinate chicken pieces with this mixture for 20 minutes
  5. Chop the onions and capsicum into cube like pieces.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying chicken pieces.Drain excess oil to a tissue paper and set this aside.
  7. Heat another pan with 2 tablespoon of oil to it.
  8. Add the rest of ginger garlic paste and fry.
  9. Add in onion and saute well.
  10. Add in capsicum and saute for 2,3 minutes.
  11. Add in fried chicken pieces,spice powders,soya sauce,tomato ketchup, salt and pepper.

  12. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornflour with water.Add this to chicken and mix well.
  13. Boil it until the chilli chicken thickens.
  14. Serve hot and garnished with coriander leaves.
