I am a chicken lover are you..? Well.. Today I am sharing my tasty fried chicken secret.It has a special different taste than normal chicken fry.My family loves its taste.The nice aroma of garlic and ginger makes this chicken fry very tastier.How is my new look of photography.. I think my photography is much better than earlier.. Please comment your suggestions..

Ingredients for making yummy chicken fry:
- Chicken legs with thighs-2 pieces.
- Lemon juice-1/2 lemon.
- Ginger -1/2'' piece.
- Garlic pods-3 numbers(I used big china garlic).
- Curry leaves-1 sprig.
- Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon.
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon.
- Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil required for frying.
Preparation:
- Marinate chicken pieces with crushed ginger ,crushed garlic,salt,turmeric,garam masala,red chilli powder and lemon juice for 2 hours..
- After 2 hours heat a non stick pan with required oil. Fry the chicken pieces along with its masala. Turn the flame at a medium low flame.When one side of the chicken is golden brown colour flip it over. Before turning off the fire put curry leaves and take them out.. Drain excess oil..
Yummy chicken fry is now ready.. Serve with lots of love.. I serve this with chappathi(rotis) and chicken curry.. enjoy...
