Prawns fry






Spicy dish for all prawns/shrimp lovers. I promise this will makes your mouth watering..
Only few ingredients need for this recipe.I always remember my moms tasty prawns fry.. This also tastes awesome.

Ingredients for preparing prawns fry are:

  1. Prawns cleaned- 250 gms.
  2. Curry leaves- few numbers.
  3. Red chilli powder-1 teaspoon.
  4. Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon.
  5. Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Oil for frying.Tomato slices,onion rings and green chilly for garnishing..
Preparation :

  1. Marinate prawns with salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and pepper powder for about 30 minutes.                                                    
  2. After 30 minutes, heat oil in a non stick pan for frying.
  3. Spread prawns into the hot oil. Keep tha flame at medium flame.
  4. Fry them til prawns get a golden brown color.Add curry leaves and turn off the flame.
Serve as garnished with tomato slices ,onion ... Yummy
