Only few ingredients need for this recipe.I always remember my moms tasty prawns fry.. This also tastes awesome.
Ingredients for preparing prawns fry are:
- Prawns cleaned- 250 gms.
- Curry leaves- few numbers.
- Red chilli powder-1 teaspoon.
- Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon.
- Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for frying.Tomato slices,onion rings and green chilly for garnishing..
Preparation :
- Marinate prawns with salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and pepper powder for about 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, heat oil in a non stick pan for frying.
- Spread prawns into the hot oil. Keep tha flame at medium flame.
- Fry them til prawns get a golden brown color.Add curry leaves and turn off the flame.
Serve as garnished with tomato slices ,onion ... Yummy
