Scrambled Egg Masala

Ingredients for making scrambled egg masala:
  1. Egg -2 numbers.
  2. Onion-1 medium sized.
  3. Green chillies-2 numbers.
  4. Curry leaves-few(3 to 4 chopped)
  5. Tomato-1 medium sized, chopped.
  6. Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon.
  7. Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Oil-1 to 2 tablespoon.

Preparation:
  1. Crack 2 eggs to a bowl. Beat eggs with a spoon.Take this aside.
  2. Heat a pan with oil in it.Add in onion to it. Saute onion for 5 minutes. Add in green chillies and curry leaves. Add salt to it.. Add in tomato. Saute for 2 minutes. Pour egg into it. Scramble them for a while.. Add in turmeric powder and garam masala powder to it. 
  3. Stir continuously when eggs dry up to the desired consistancy..
  4. Scrambled egg masala is ready to serve.. serve as a side dish with plain rice or breakfast..
