Here is a yummy appetizer with carrot..Carrot halwa.. I am sure your kids love it..

- Grated Carrot -2 cups
- Milk - 2 Cups
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Ghee /Butter- 3 Tbsp
- Cashew nuts - 12 nos
- Raisins-15 nos(Optional)
- Cardamom powder - pinch.
Method of preparation:
- Heat butter in a Pan.
- Lightly fry cashewnuts ans raisins and remove from ghee.
- Add the grated carrots and stir fry on medium heat till the carrots change the colour.
- Add milk into it.
- Add the sugar and stir well.
- Add the cardamom powder and cook in low heat till the ghee/butter oozes out.
- Remove from fire and let it cool.
- Garnish with fried Cashew nuts and raisins
