- Green peas-2 cups cooked
- Onion-1 sliced
- Tomato-2 chopped
- Fennel powder/ Perumjeerakam-2 tsp
- Ginger-1 tblspn chopped finely
- Garlic- 1 tblspn chopped finely
- Green chilli-1 chopped
- Chilli powder -1 tsp
- Coriander powder / Malli podi-1 tblspn
- Turmeric powder / Manjal podi-1 tsp
- Garam masala-1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves-1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Oil-3 tblspn.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan
Add ginger,garlic and green chilli and mix well..
Add onions and cook for 3 mins.
Add Garam masala,turmeric,chilli and coriander powder..Cook this for 30 sec..
Add cooked green peas and mix well..So that greenpeas is coated with the masala..
Add salt and a ½ cup of water..Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 mins..
Add in tomatoes and mix well...Cook this for 5 mins..
Add in curry leaves...Toss well to coat..
Serve as hot with chappathi...
