Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour - 3/4cup
- salt ,as needed
- water, as needed
For Chicken Filling
- cooked chicken - 1cup shredded
- Grated garlic - 2tsp
- Ginger grated - 2tsp
- Chopped Onion - 2nos
- Green chillies - 3nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Garam masala - 1tsp
- Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tbsp
- Salt, as needed
Method:
- Make a semi hard dough with all purpose flour, salt, ghee and water, Keep aside.
- Shred the cooked chicken with fork or food processor and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan . Saute oninos, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- To this add shredded chiken and saute again.
- Now add turmeric pwd,garam masala pwd and coriander leaves, adjust salt and mix well. Set aside.
- Make small balls out of the dough roll them out and stuff the chicken filling.
- Make into a half moon shape Seal the edges with a touch of water, seal the edge by folding and deep fry till slightly golden in color.
- Serve with tea/coffee. Enjoy
