Kozhiyada Tasty malabar snack.

  1.  All-purpose flour - 3/4cup
  2. salt ,as needed
  3. water, as needed

For Chicken Filling

  1. cooked chicken - 1cup shredded
  2. Grated garlic    - 2tsp
  3. Ginger grated  - 2tsp
  4. Chopped Onion - 2nos
  5. Green chillies    - 3nos
  6. Turmeric powder  - 1/4tsp
  7. Garam masala     - 1tsp
  8. Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt, as needed

  1. Make a semi hard dough with all purpose flour, salt, ghee and water, Keep aside.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken with fork or food processor and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan . Saute oninos, ginger, garlic and green chillies. 
  4. To this add shredded chiken and saute again. 
  5. Now add turmeric pwd,garam masala pwd and coriander leaves, adjust salt and mix well. Set aside.
  6. Make small balls out of the dough roll them out and stuff the chicken filling. 
  7. Make into a half moon shape Seal the edges with a touch of water, seal the edge by folding and deep  fry till slightly golden in color.
  8. Serve with tea/coffee. Enjoy
