Vanilla Chocolate Popsicle


Hello there. Welcome back. Today I am gonna share a popsicle recipe. I am sure you will love this.easy to make and very yummy too. I made this popsicle for my kids. They love it..
 Lets begin with ingredients.

Ingredients for making Vanilla Chocolate Popsicle:

Milk- 1 Cup + 2 tbsp
Sugar-1/3 rd cup

Cornstarch-1 tbsp
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Cocoa powder-2 tbsp

Method for making vanilla chocolate popsicle are:


  • Measure one cup of milk and add to a saucepan.
  • Add sugar and stir well.On a medium heat allow boiling.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of milk in a small bowl and mix cornstarch without any lumps.
  • Add the cornstarch solution to boiling milk and keep stirring until it turns thick.
  • Add in vanilla essence and remove from the flame.
  • Measure a half cup of this mixture of milk and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add cocoa powder and mix well. Allow cooling completely.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture till the half of mold.
  • And slowly pour vanilla mixture too. 
  • Cover it and freeze for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
  • After freezing dip the mold with the popsicle in lukewarm or plain water for few seconds and gently unmold them.

 Yummy popsicle is ready to serve.. Serve immediately.. Enjoy and give a feedback and suggestion.

Notes:

*You can also use paper cups for freezing.
*Adjust sugar according to your preference.
*For easy demolding –dip the popsicle molds in warm water, then pull the stick slowly to get the ice pops clean.
