Hello, there today I am sharing a simple and tastier snack with bread. Bread roll can be made by various methods. We can make it spicy or sweet. Kids always love chicken snacks as well as adults too. Bread with chicken filling makes a mouthwatering snack. This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer. Bread Chicken Rolls are crunchy outside, spicy and soft inside. Chicken Bread Rolls can be fried as well as baked, depending upon the fat content required. It is very easy to make and can be tried by beginners as well.

Ingredients used in this recipe:
For the filling:-
Chicken- 1 1/2 cup Boneless chicken, Cooked with turmeric powder and salt.
Oil- 2 Tablespoons.
Ginger and garlic - 1 Tablespoon, crushed.
Green chillies- 2 Green chillies, finely chopped.
Curry Leaves- Few chopped.
Onions-2 Onions, finely chopped.
Capsicum-1/2 cup, finely chopped.
Tomato Sauce-1 Tablespoon.
Soy sauce-1 Teaspoon.
Turmeric Powder-1/4 Teaspoon.
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 Teaspoon.
Garam masala powder-1/2 Teaspoon.
Black Pepper Powder-1/4 teaspoon.
Coriander leaves-1/2 Cup Chopped.
Salt to taste.
For rolls:-
Bread Slices-12 to 15
Egg-2 Eggs.
Milk-1/4 Cup.
Black Pepper Powder-1/4 teaspoon.
Salt- to taste.
Oil for frying.
Method of preparation:
Shred the cooked chicken and set aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic, green chillies, curry leaves. Saute for few seconds.
Add onion to it. Add salt to taste. Saute until the onions become translucent.
Add chopped capsicum. Saute until the capsicums get cooked. Add tomato sauce & soy sauce to this. Mix it very well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder to it. Mix it well on a medium flame. Add the shredded chicken. Mix it well until fully combined. Add black pepper powder and few coriander leaves. Mix it very well.
The filling is ready now. Allow this to cool slightly.
In a bowl add two cracked eggs, milk, black pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Beat this well with a fork. Keep this aside.
Roll the bread to thin with a rolling pin. Cut the four sides with a knife. Keep the sides for making breadcrumbs. Place 2 tablespoon of filling at the centre of bread lengthwise.
.Brush the sides with the egg mixture. Roll the bread and seal the sides by pressing it well.
Dip each roll in egg mixture and then roll it in the breadcrumbs. Do this with all the rolls.
We can freeze this roll for later use. Deep fry this rolls in hot oil. Fry these roll until crispy and golden. When it is ready, remove from the oil and drain on to a kitchen tissue. The chicken Bread roll is ready.. Serve as hot with ketchup or green chutney..
