Chilli prawns Recipe

Helle there Today I am going to share a chilli prawns recipe.I usually make chilli chicken and chilli gobi with this recipe. But I tried this for the first time and it comes out really delicious..This is so easy to make and so delicious to enjoy.

Let us start cooking..
Ingredients we need this recipe:
  1. Marination :
  2. Prawns - 300 Gms, Peeled and deveined.
  3. Soy sauce - 1 Teaspoon.
  4. Chilli sauce - ½ Teaspoon.
  5. Corn flour - 2 Tablespoon.
  6. Salt- To taste.
  1. Ginger -1 Tablespoon, finely chopped.
  2. Garlic - 2 Tablespoons, Finely chopped.
  3. Green Chillies - 2 green chilies, finely chopped.
  4. Onion -2 onions, Cut into cubes..
  5. Capsicum - 1 Capsicum,Seeds removed and cut into cubes.
  6. Soy sauce -1 Teaspoon.
  7. Chilli sauce - 1 Teaspoon.
  8. Black pepper powder-½ Teaspoon.
  9. Tomato sauce - 1 Tablespoon.
  10. Corn flour - 2 Tablespoon.
  11. Water - as needed.
  12. Spring onions/ Cilantro - Chopped,few
  13. Oil and salt as required.
  14. Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl take all ingredients under marination. mix it very well and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
  3. Add each prawn and fry on a medium heat. No need to turn brown. Just cook the prawns and remove from the oil. Keep this aside.
  4. In the same pan with two tablespoons of oil. Add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  5. Saute this for few seconds.
  6. Add green chilies, onions, and capsicum. Add salt to taste. Saute well until capsicum and onion get cooked.
  7. Add black pepper powder, soy sauce, red chili sauce and tomato sauce to this and mix well. 
  8. Add fried prawns to this and combine really well.. Cook for few minutes. In a small bowl mix cornflour with some water and add to the gravy. Toss well. At last add few chopped spring onions or chopped cilantro. Turn off the flame. Serve with fried rice,chappathi etc..


Take cleaned and deveined prawns

Add salt to it.

Add soy sauce

Add red chilli sauce

Mix it nicely.

Add corn flour..

Mix well.

Fry prawns in hot oil.

done remove from oil.

Add ginger to hot oil (2 tbsp oil).

add garlic. and saute well..

Green chilies.. 

Add onion.

Add capsicum to this. saute until it gets cooked.

Add soy sauce.

Add chilli sauce.

Add pepper powder.

Add tomato sauce. And mix well.

Add fried prawns.

Toss well.

In a bowl add water and cornflour.

Mix it well

Add this to gravy and toss well.

Add chopped cilantro.

Chili prawns are now ready to serve...
