Cucumber Salad | Healthy salad recipe

Hello there, Today I am sharing a healthy cucumber salad recipe. Cucumbers are low in calories but high in many important vitamins and minerals. They are good sources of phytonutrients (plant chemicals that have protective or disease preventive properties) such flavonoids, lignans, and triterpenes, which have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits, according to World's Healthiest Foods.
Let us get started.
Ingredients for Cucumber Salad.:
Cucumber-2 Small Salad cucumbers.
Lettuce - 4 Leaves(Separated).
Tomato-1 medium sized.
Black pepper powder-¼ Teaspoon.
Lime juice-1 Teaspoon.
Extra virgin olive oil-2 Tablespoons.
Method of preparation :
Wash & Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise. Then slice each half into 4 or 5 slices lengthwise.
Chop them into small pieces. Transfer the diced cucumber into a bowl. 
Wash and separate the lettuce leaves & cut the leaves into small. Transfer this into the bowl. 
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
Add black pepper powder,salt, lemon juice & olive oil to the veggies. Mix it nicely.
Refrigerate before serving.. Enjoy.
