Ingredients for making Apple Bread Roll:
- Apple - 1 Apple, peeled and finely chopped.
- Bread Slices-3 numbers.
- Ghee/Butter- As required.
- Sugar-1 Tablespoon.
- Cinnamon powder-1/4 Teaspoon.
- Milk-About 1/4 Cup
Method of preparation:.
- Peel and finely chop the apple and keep it aside. I used a chopper to finely chop. (Don't grind the apple)
- Heat a small pan and add a tablespoon of ghee. To this add chopped apple and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
- Take your bread slices and remove the sides of the bread. Roll the bread slices into a thin sheet.
- Place 2 tablespoon apple filling at the centre lengthwise. Roll the bread and stick the edges together and seal it. Trim the sides of the roll to shape it.
- Apple bread rolls are ready for frying.
- Heat a pan with some ghee or butter. Shallow fry them until golden. Add more ghee if needed.
- Remove from the pan and Sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon powder.
