Homemade chocolate recipe |

Hi, there today I am sharing how to make perfect homemade chocolates.
Special Chocolate recipe for your loved ones. This is an easy recipe without cocoa butter. Chocolate is prepared with high-quality cocoa powder by mixing it with milk powder and cocoa butter or vegetable shortening or even coconut oil.however this recipe is a basic milk chocolate recipe prepared with milk powder and coconut oil. moreover, this homemade chocolate recipe has a very good shelf life and can easily survive for 3-4 months in a cool place.
Ingredients for making this recipe:

  1. Milk powder-1/3 Cup.
  2. Cocoa powder-3/4 Cup.
  3. Coconut oil-3/4 cup.
  4. Powdered sugar-1 Cup.
  5. Chopped nuts & raisins for filling (optional)
  6. Vanilla essence-1 Teaspoon.

Method of preparation:

  1. Sieve milk powder and cocoa powder and keep it aside. Make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Boil some water (1 inch)in a saucepan(over low heat)
  3. Place a heat safe bowl on top of the pot so that the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water.
  4. Add coconut oil and powdered sugar. Mix it well and let the sugar melt.

  5. Add cocoa powder- milk powder mixture and mix this well.
  6. Turn off the heat and add vanilla essence. Mix this well.
  7. Let the chocolate mixture cool down. Pour the mixture to a chocolate mold. If you don't have the chocolate mold you can use cupcake molds(Silicon) or ice cube tray. If you want to fill nuts, fill half of the mold with the chocolate mix and put some chopped nuts. Then fill the remaining mold with chocolate.

  8. Keep this in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Demold the chocolate and serve immediately.

Please keep this chocolate in refrigerator otherwise it melts.
If you have cocoa butter you can use instead of coconut oil, it will taste much better.
