Hey, there today I am sharing a super yummy snack recipe. This is for sweet lovers.
Ingredients for making this yummy sweet snack are:

  1. Lukewarm milk-1 Cup
  2. Sugar-2-3 Tablespoons.
  3. Instant yeast-1 Teaspoon.
  4. All purpose flour/maida-2 1/2 Cups.
  5. Milk powder-1/2 Cup.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Thick Cream-1 tin,170 gm.
  8. Triangle cheese-8 to 10 or as needed.
  9. Oil for frying.
  10. Milkmaid/Condensed milk-as needed.

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix lukewarm milk, sugar, and instant yeast together and keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix flour, milk powder and thick cream. Add salt to taste.
  3. Knead the dough until you get a soft but firm dough.
  4. Put the dough in a bowl and let the dough rise.
  5. Cut cheese triangles into small pieces.
  6. Once risen, cut the dough into small balls and put cream cheese cubes in the small balls and seal into a nice shape ball.
  7. Now deep fry the balls until golden brown.
  8. After taking the balls out of the oil drain the excess oil and pour condensed milk and serve...
