Almond dosa / Badam dosa | Keto crepe | LCHF/Keto friendly recipe



Today I am here with a keto recipe/LCHF recipe. I am going on this keto diet for 2 months and reduced 8 kgs. A keto or ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that can help you burn fat more effectively. It has many benefits for weight loss, health, and performance, as shown in over 50 studies.1 It’s also used and recommended by many doctors. So today I am sharing an easy keto dosa /crepe recipe.
Ingredients required in this recipe are:

  1. Egg - 1 large.
  2. Shallots-3 to 4 numbers.
  3. Almond flour - 2 tablespoons.
  4. Coconut 1 Tablespoon, grated
  5. Mozarella cheese-1 Tablespoon.
  6. Ghee-1 teaspoon.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Water as needed.


Method of reparation:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer jar to a smooth dosa batter consistency.
  2. Heat a Tawa and pour little ghee or butter.
  3. Spread the batter all over the Tawa to form a crepe/dosa.
  4. Cook one side over a medium flame and carefully flip to cook the other side.
  5. Serve as hot with tomato or coconut chutney.
