Chicken pulav | Irachi choru | Chicken Biriyani| Bachelors biriyani

Today I am here with an easy chicken biriyani recipe. Not dum biriyani but it is special. It can be served as lunch or dinner or serve as a lunch box menu. I know dum biriyani has a lot of steps and it requires more time to make a delicious biriyani. This special chicken pulav or can be called one-pot chicken biriyani can be easily made. This is not a spicy biriyani but you can make it as spicy. Firstly the chicken is marinated with some spice powders then fry in a large pot in which the biriyani gonna be made. In the same oil, we will make masala with enough flavours of chicken and those spices. In that masala, we boil enough water for cooking the rice. Then we get all the flavours to that rice too. This makes the biriyani more delicious and yummy...
No more bla bla bla... let us get started guys...
