Today I am sharing a keto-friendly paneer recipe, which also goes well with chappathi, roti, etc.
Paneer masala

Ingredients required in this recipe are :
- Paneer- 400 gms.
 - Coconut oil-2 tablespoons.
 - Butter- 1 Tablespoon.
 - Ginger garlic paste - 1 Teaspoon.
 - Onion paste-1/2 cup.
 - Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon.
 - Coriander powder-1 Teaspoon.
 - Red chilli powder-2 Teaspoons.
 - Cumin powder-1/4 Teaspoon.
 - Tomato- 1 Tomato, pureed.
 - Water-1/2 Cup.
 - Garam masala-1 teaspoon.
 - Kasuri methi- 1teaspoon.
 - Coconut milk-1 Cup, Thick coconut milk.
 - Coriander leaves- few.
 - Salt to taste.
 
Method of preparation:
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, fry paneer cubes until golden color. Keep it aside.
 - Heat another pan with a tablespoon of butter.
 - Saute ginger garlic paste, onion paste for few minutes.
 - Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well in low flame until the raw smell of the spices goes.
 - Add pureed tomato to this and mix well. adjust the consistency by adding water. Add salt to this and mix well. Now add fried paneer cubes &mix it well.
 - Now add garam masala and Kasuri methi and mix well. Add coconut milk to this gravy. Cover and cook for a few minutes on a low flame.
 - At last, add few coriander leaves and serve.
