Ingredients for making this recipe:
- Oil- 2 tablespoons.
- Garlic- 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped.
- Curry leaves few.
- Green chilies-2 numbers, slit.
- Onion- 1 large, finely chopped.
- Turmeric powder-1/4 Teaspoon.
- Red chili powder-1 Tablespoon.
- Garam masala powder-1/4 Teaspoon.
- Fennel powder-1/8 teaspoon.
- Tomato-1 large, finely chopped.
- Tuna - 1 can.
- Coriander leaves-few.
- water as needed.
Salt to taste.
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with oil. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves, green chilies and saute for few seconds.
- Add chopped onion and salt. Saute the onion until it becomes translucent.
- Add allspice powders and saute until the raw smell goes.
- Add chopped tomato and saute well.
- Drain the water or oil from the tuna and add to the gravy. Mix it well.
- Add required water to this. Cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Add few chopped coriander leaves and serve.
