Beef seekh kabab | Beef Kabab with & without oven

Kebabs are traditionally cooked on skewers in a hot tandoor (that is Indian clay oven) over burned charcoal. But today I am sharing the recipe for beef kebabs with & without oven. I have mentioned two ways of cooking beef seekh kebab. Here I used minced beef/ beef kheema for making this kabab. You can mince it in your chopper at your home. I also did a smoking trick to make this kabab more flavourful. Let us get started..

  5. Preheat the oven for 200-degree Celcius for 10 minutes.
  6. Grease the oven tray with oil.
  7. Take a portion of the beef kabab mixture.
  8. Apply the mixture to the sticks and spread evenly in a long cylindrical shape.
  9. Similarly, make the rest of the seekh kababs.
  10. Bake for 20-30 minutes in the preheated oven, rotating as needed to brown the kababs all around.
  11. Take a non-stick pan, add butter and brush it all over the pan.
  12. Once the butter is melted, Place the seekh kabab sticks in the pan.
  13. Cook the seekh kababs for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  14. Turn to the other side, cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  15. Now keep turning and cook each side for 6-8 minutes on low flame.
  16. Make sure all the sides are cooked evenly and keep turning them until every side is well cooked on low flame. When all the sides are cooked well, switch off the flame. Place a small bowl made out of aluminum foil. Burn a charcoal piece and place into it. Add a teaspoon of butter or oil. Immediately cover the pan so that all the smoke will remain inside.
