Here is an easy snack idea to serve at any holiday party. Finally the secret to perfectly salted roasted almonds (not just salted on top) that are so much better than anything you can buy!
These homemade salted almonds are simple to make and it takes only about 40 minutes to make a batch. First, let the almonds soak in a brine for about 20 minutes and then bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes – and that’s it.

Ingredients for making this salted almonds are:
- Almonds-175 gm ( 1 cup)
- Salt-3 Tablespoons.
- Boiling water-1 Cup.
Method of preparation :
- Preheat the oven at 150-degree Celcius for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl take boiling water. Add salt and mix well until it dissolved completely.
- Add a cup of almonds and let it soak for 20 minutes.
- Drain the water and spread it on the oven tray.
- Bake this for 15 to 20 minutes. Let it cool down to the room temperature. Serve and enjoy...
