Serving size-3 persons

Ingredients required TO MAKE NO BAKE OREO STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SHOOTERS:
Fresh Strawberries chopped - 1cup.
Sugar-2 tablespoon.
Oreo cookies- 10 numbers.
Melted butter-2 tablespoons.
Cream cheese-100 gm.
Whipping cream/heavy cream-1/2 cup.
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon.
Icing sugar or powdered sugar-1/4 cup or 3 tablespoons.

HOW TO MAKE NO BAKE OREO STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SHOOTERS:

To start making these yummy treats, you want to pull out your blender or food processor. Place about 10 Oreo cookies into it and blend until you get some fine crumbs.

Remove the crushed Oreos from your blender and place into a bowl. Take 3 teaspoons of crumbs for later use.
Mix melter butter to the oreo cookie crumbs and mix well.

Grab your tall shot glasses and you are going to start to assemble the layers of the cheesecake treat. Start by placing a thin layer of the Oreo crumble into the bottom. I used a teaspoon spoon to put it into the bottom. Press it with a spoon or something and make a thin crust.

Refrigerate this for 10 minutes.

Take a small pan and add strawberries and sugar. Saute for 1 minute until the sugar melts and keep this aside.

In a bowl take cream cheese, icing sugar or powdered sugar, vanilla essence and beat them until smooth and creamy.

Add whipping cream and beat them well until it becomes thick. It’s kind of neat to watch how quickly a liquid starts to become a solid.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag.

Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the glass about half away.

Then add a layer of strawberries.

Pipe the remaining filling to each glass.

Dust some cookie crumbs and strawberry pieces on top.

Chill before serving and enjoy..
