Crunchy and delicious custard cookies made with custard powder, butter and flour is a simple and easy cookie recipe. Make this delicious and crunchy custard biscuit and serve as a tea time snack with a hot cup of tea.

Ingredients for custard cookies:
- All-purpose Flour - 1 Cup,150 gms.
- Custard Powder - ½ Cup(vanilla flavour) 80gms.
- Salt -a pinch
- Melter Butter – 2/3 Cup (room temperature)
- Egg-1 number (room temperature)
- Powdered Sugar – ½ Cup
- Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Keep aside.
- In a bowl beat, egg, butter, vanilla essence and sugar with a hand whisk.
- Sieve the flour, custard powder, and salt.
- Add half of the flour mixture to the butter and mix with a spatula till incorporated well.
- Add remaining flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the cookie dough to a piping bag with star tip nozzle. Pipe the dough to the baking tray.
- Or make small balls out of the dough and place it on the prepared tray.Press the cookie dough balls gently with the fork to make the marks.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- The cookies will be slightly lighter and soft when done.
- Once cooled down it will become firm.
