Ingredients requited in this recipe are:
- All-purpose flour- 2 1/2 Cups.
- Sugar-1 Tablespoon.
- Instant yeast- 1 Teaspoon.
- Salt-1/4 Teaspoon.
- Oil- 1 Tablespoon.
- Lukewarm milk- about 3/4 cup or as needed.
- Oil if needed.
- Garlic Minced-1 Tablespoon.
- Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped.
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted or softened.
- Salt a pinch.
- Oregano1 teaspoon.
- Red chilli flakes- 1 teaspoon.
- Mozzarella cheese-3/4 cup or as needed.
Method of preparation :
- In a large bowl take all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, oil and instant yeast. Mix it well.
- Add in lukewarm milk and mix well. Knead it and make a soft dough. Add little oil if the dough seems sticky. Let it rest for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours, punch the dough and knead again.
- Divide the dough into 3 or 4 portions and flatten it as slightly thick chappathi with a rolling pin. Do not flatten it as thin chappati.
- Preheat the oven at 200-degree Celcius.
- In a small bowl mix butter, garlic, coriander leaves, oregano and a little salt. Mix this well.
- Spread this garlic butter mixture over the rolled dough. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes.
- Add mozzarella cheese and fold it. Seal the edges by pressing the dough.
- Transfer to the baking tray and also spread the garlic butter mixture on top of the bread.
- Make marks over the bread without cutting them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 -25 minutes.
