Vanilla Cupcakes | Soft & Fluffy Cupcake




These Yummy moist Vanilla Cupcakes are super easy to make and so fluffy. They are my new favorite vanilla cupcake!
I also did a video showing how to make perfect fluffy soft vanilla cupcakes.
Ingredient required in this recipe are :
  1. All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 Cups.
  2. Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon.
  3. Salt - 1 pinch.
  4. Butter - unsalted,50 gms. at the room temperature.
  5. Powdered sugar- 1 cup.
  6. Egg- 3 eggs at room temperature.
  7. Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon.
Method of preparation :
  1.  In a mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and keep this aside.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
  3. In a large bowl beat together powdered sugar and butter. Add in eggs one at a time and beat until light and pale yellow in color.
  4. Add in vanilla and mix well.
  5. Add half of the flour mix (Dry ingredients) and fold well without any lumps. Then add the remaining flour mixture and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter to the cupcake liners in the muffin tin 2/3 way. Don't fill the cupcake liners fully because it may overflow while baking
  7. Tap lightly to remove air bubbles if any.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before frosting.
