Coffee Pudding | No gelatin And No chinagrass Pudding

This Coffee pudding is a refreshing and delicious flavourful dessert that is incredibly easy to prepare too.

Ingredients required in this recipe are:
  1. Instant Coffee Powder- 3 Teaspoons.
  2. Hot Water-1/8 Cup,30 ml.
  3. Milk- 1 1/2 Cups.
  4. Sugar-1/3 Cup,5 tablespoons.
  5. Corn Flour- 3 Tablespoons.
  6. Milk-1/2 Cup.
  7. Vanilla Essence- 1 Teaspoon.

Method of preparation:

  1. Prepare two molds or bowls greased with ghee or oil.
  2. Mix instant coffee with hot water and keep aside.
  3. Boil 1 1/2 cup milk in a saucepan. Add sugar according to your taste and mix well.
  4. Add in the coffee mixture and boil well over low flame.
  5. Mix cornflour and milk (not hot) and mix without any lumps. 
  6. Add this cornflour mix to the coffee milk and stir continuously. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
  7. It will become thick. Remove from heat and transfer to the prepared bowl. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  8. Let it cool down to room temperature. Cover it with foil paper or plastic wrap.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
  10. Unmold the pudding to a plate and garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
