Grape Pudding | Grape vanila pudding | Milk Pudding recipe

 



The Grape pudding recipe is a delicious pudding made with grape juice. Silky smooth grape-flavored pudding is perfect to enjoy this season. If you are a fan of grapes then this grape pudding is a must-try for you.

This layered delicious grape pudding is so colorful that you could easily serve it for your next house party. In this recipe, I haven't added gelatin or china grass to set this pudding. This dessert has the fresh flavor of grape and milk. Here is the recipe for the layered grape and milk pudding.

Ingredients:

For the grape layer:
Black Seedless Grapes- 1 1/2 Cups 
Water - 1 cup
Corn flour - 3 tablespoons.
Water -1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 Cup
For the vanilla milk layer:
Milk  1 Cup
Sugar -1/4 Cup 
Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon.
Cornflour  2 tablespoons.
water - 1/4 cup.

Method of preparation:

  1. Thoroughly wash the grape with salt and water. Into a saucepan add the washed seedless grapesand add 1 cup of water.
  2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes after it is boiled over a medium flame. Let it cool down completely.
  3. After it is cool down completely add to a blender jar and blend for a few seconds.
  4. Strain the juice through a strainer to remove the skin of the grapes.
  5. In a small bowl mix cornflour and water. Mix well without any lumps.
  6. Transfer the grape juice to a saucepan and add cornflour mix to this.
  7. Cook this mixture until it is thick over a low flame while stirring. When the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of the spatula it is ready.
  8. Add sugar o this and mix well.
  9. Remove from the stove and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Pour half of the mix into the dessert glasses when it is slightly hot and tap them gently.
  11. Next, we have to make a vanilla layer. For this, boil a cup of milk with sugar and vanilla essence.
  12. Make cornflour mix and add to this milk. Cook on low heat by continuously stirring.
  13. When the mix is thick enough turn off the heat and let it cool down for 15 minutes.
  14. Fill the glass with the milk pudding mix as the second layer.
  15. Then fill with remaining grape pudding as the third layer.
  16. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. and serve it.. yummy:)
