I also made a detailed video for this recipe. You can find this recipe on my channel. And also you can find several easy cookie recipes there.

The ingredients required in this recipe are:
  1. Milk -3 Tablespoons.
  2. Vinegar  1 Teaspoon.
  3. Butter- 100 gms at room temperature.
  4. Organic brown sugar- 1/2 Cup, Powdered.
  5. White sugar 1/2 Cup.
  6. Red gel color - 1 teaspoon.
  7. Flour- 1 1/4 Cups.
  8. Baking soda-1/2 Teaspoon.
  9. Salt-1/4 Teaspoon.
  10. Cocoa Powder- 2 Tablespoons.
  11. White Chocolate Chips-1/4 Cup
Method of preparation :

  1. Mix the milk and vinegar in a small bowl. The milk is curdled and the buttermilk is ready. Set this aside.
  2. In a large bowl take room-temperature butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix until combined.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the red gel color and mix it well.
  5. Sift and add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix this well.
  6. To this add butter milk and white chocolate chips.
  7. Mix this and combine well.
  8. Shape into cookies with a tablespoon measurement.
  9. Place into baking tray two inches apart.
  10. Chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees Celcius for 12-15 minutes.
  12. After baking the cookies for a few minutes. Place a few more chips on top of the cookies.
  13. Bake again at 160 degrees Celcius for 2-3 minutes.
  14. However, it may look a bit puffy or soft in the center, too. This is normal and simply means that the cookie may continue baking on the sheet and rack once removed from the oven. Taking cookies out of the oven at this stage will make them softer and chewier.
  15. Serve the cookies after it completely cooled.
  16. Enjoy the cookies and have fun :)
