- Kataifi dough -250 gms
- Melted butter-50 gms
- sugar 1 cup
- water 1/2 cup
- rose water-1 tsp
- lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
- Thick cream
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pistachio for garnishing
- Edible Rose for garnishing
Servings: 8 kunafa cups
