Mango Smoothie Recipe.

Hi all ... Here is such an easy shake to make, if you feel not to cook anything or don’t want to have something so heavy..Then I would tell you to try this, it is perfect for those days..It makes you so refreshing as well as makes you full. Please try it tell me how it turned out..



Ingredients:



Ripe Mangoes – 1 large peeled and chopped
Cold Milk – 2 cups or adjust
Sugar to taste
Cardamom -2 nos

Method:
Peel and chop ripe mangoes .
Took it into a blender..
Add in Sugar and blend it..
Add in Cardamom.

Add in some milk


Blend it together


Pour it into serving bowl..




Serve immediately Or can serve chilled.
